Meet the team

ACECIS is led by Director Naren Chellappah who has extensive executive management experience in marketing, communications, career development and recruitment. He has worked with organisations such as Monash University, Pacific Brands, Melbourne Business School, the Salvation Army Employment Plus and Swinburne University of Technology. Naren and his team work on both sides of the fence – helping job seekers into the market, and helping companies source and retain high quality staff.

  • How long is the program?

    Internships are usually up to 12 weeks in duration (PT/FT)

  • What type of interns can we select?

    Our interns come from a range of disciplines including IT, accounting, engineering, finance, biomed and marketing.

  • Internship benefits:

    Interns can help complete day-to-day tasks and projects at no cost (program meets the Fair Work Ombudsman internship guidelines).

  • Intern screening:

    We screen interns first to ensure suitability (communication skills, qualifications, technical knowledge and motivation to undertake an internship with you).
